Independent Sales Closer (1099, Commission-Only)

Own the full sales cycle on enterprise AI automation, BPO, and IT deals using your existing relationships.

What you will do

  • Source opportunities from your own network of 50+ seat companies
  • Register and protect each deal in your partner portal
  • Run discovery through stakeholder sign-off with our team behind you
  • Hand off to delivery, then expand and renew

You are a fit if

  • A proven B2B services or SaaS sales track record
  • An existing book of mid-market or enterprise relationships
  • Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable with a long sales cycle

  • Bring Kwestra to clients who need capabilities you do not deliver in-house
  • Co-sell with our team and keep the client relationship
  • Earn recurring revenue plus overrides on partners you introduce

Compensation is structure-based and tied to real, closed revenue. We make no income guarantees or earnings claims. Sales partners are independent contractors (1099) and set their own schedule.
